YouthBank proces

Životni ciklus YouthBanka consists of a series of elements that, when blended zagether, enables young people za create positive change for both themselves and their communities. This document describes what these elements are and how they fit zagether. It defines each of the elements and provides a basis for partner agencies, youth work practitioners and young people za navigate their way through their YouthBank experience.

Within the overall YouthBank Process there are a series of YouthBank Cikluss each of which is made up of Five Fazas that are broken down inza 18 steps which the YouthBank members move through. Each step through the cycle is achieved by the completion of a series of Izazovi.

This element describes the life of the YouthBank, which could be as short lived as six months or could go on for several years. The process is essentially the experience of a specific group of young people who have built an identity for themselves, have gained knewledge and skills zagether, thought deeply about their values, and used their YouthBank za express these in the context of their own communities.
